John is also a connaisseur of wine and is responsible for Colony's cellar and all its wine buying.
Saurav is an Atul Kochhar protégée who started his career training at the Hyatt Hotel New Delhi. He continued his training under Atul for 6 years, rising to Sous Chef at London's celebrated Benares Restaurant. Saurav is a highly skilled and dedicated Chef who is passionate about cooking simple food that is full of flavour, delicious and healthy to eat.
Marco is a true innovator who honed his skills as a mixologist in Buddha Bar, Paris and Sketch and Crazy Bear in London. At Colony, Marco has produced a list of cocktails that are delicious to drink and compliment perfectly the flavours created by its kitchen.
